November 4, Wednesday. We watched a Japanese movie entitled "Parasyte". It is a 2014 Japanese science fiction horror action film, directed by Takashi Yamazaki.

The movie is about a type of parasite that is invading japan. It goes in your ear or wherever it could enter, but I tell you, it is only aiming for the brain so that they could control the human body. But one parasite wasn't able to invade teenager Shinichi Izumi's brain and instead he entered his right hand. It calls itself, Migi, who has an eye, a mouth and a pair of legs on Shinichi's right hand. Creepy right? Well, as the story goes, if one dies the other also dies; so to survive, they team up against other parasites. *Fast forward* He takes revenge on Mr. A because of invading his mother's body, and he had no choice but to kill his mother in that way.

There were a lot of action and morbid scenes in there that got me like, 'ewww', 'yuck!', 'I don't even wanna see it!' etc., but I was able to chew it up and finish the whole movie and I was very satisfied with it.

I was able to enjoy the movie because it is catchy and the plot of the story was interesting and great. One thing I loved in the movie is that it taught me to cherish every moment with a loved one, because you don't know what will happen later or tomorrow and maybe, just maybe, you won't be able to tell them how you feel when they're gone; just like what happened to Shinichi and his mother.

The movie is a thumbs up for me because it was really great that I badly wanna watch the second part of it which is now showing in Japan. I hope I would be able to watch it soon.

xoxo, Louise.
