IX - From Seoul to Manila with Love
Tuesday, November 17, 2015Last November 11, Wednesday, chosen schools here in the Philippines alongside with Seoul, Korea, celebrated the most anticipated and awaited Pepero Day!
APJMA, in partnership with Lotte, brought us the Happy Pepero Day at the APC! The said event was held at the APC parking lot from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm. We celebrated two fun & vibrant cultures, Korean & Filipino.
Well, for me, it was my first time to celebrate Pepero Day and it was a fun experience. Festive games, acts and pepero products were all present! There were different filipino and korean games such as jegi chagi and bowling. For the acts, the talented APC band performed the whole time for the crowd.
And last but not the least, who would forget the main attraction of the event? Pepero! There was a booth called DIY Pepero where you could customize pepero sticks. In the booth, you will enjoy tons of chocolate, strawberry or white chocolate syrup with assorted toppings like marshmallows and sprinkles!
Plus, after having funs making and eating your pepero sticks, you will have the chance to take a picture at the Pepero Photo Booth! Just like me and my squad. Haha!
Also, an 11-11 wish wall was present where you could express and write your hopes and wishes or just anything!
